The 60-day satisfaction guarantee
Every Javacept order is described by the vendor as covered by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date. The brand asks that you use the product consistently for at least 30 days before evaluating your experience — a reasonable request given that the formula's mechanism is gradual rather than acute.
Three things to confirm before you order
Guarantee terms in this category are frequently described loosely, and the details are the part that matters. Before completing your order, ask the vendor's support team to confirm:
- When the clock starts. Some guarantees run from purchase date, others from delivery. On a 60-day window that difference can be a week or more of usable time.
- Whether any fee applies. Some vendors deduct a restocking or processing fee from refunds; others do not.
- What has to be returned. Whether you must return unused bottles, empty bottles, or nothing at all — and who pays return shipping.
These terms are set and administered by the vendor, not by this site. Getting them in writing before you order costs two minutes and removes the most common source of dispute later.
How to make a claim
- Find your order number in your confirmation email.
- Contact the vendor's customer support through the link in that email or on the official checkout page.
- State that you are requesting a refund under the satisfaction guarantee, and give the date of purchase.
- Follow the return instructions provided, and keep proof of postage if you are returning anything.
Getting a clean read inside the window
Sixty days is roughly two bottles — long enough to fairly judge a formula whose mechanism is gradual. To get a useful answer rather than a vague impression:
- Take it daily rather than intermittently. Missed days make the trial meaningless.
- Keep sleep, hydration and stress reasonably consistent so you are testing one variable rather than four.
- Note two or three specific things in week one — how often you blank on a name, how focus feels at 4pm — and check the same things in week six. Vague recall of "how you felt" is unreliable.
- Read the Supplement Facts panel when the order arrives and compare the amino acid amounts against research doses. If they are far below, you still have most of the window left.
What this site cannot do
We cannot process refunds, look up orders, or contact the vendor for you. This site does not handle orders or payments at any point. All refund requests must go through the vendor's own support channel.
